SI ALGUN TECNICO TIENE EL MODO SERVICO DE ESTE TV TCL MOD: 21E12, ME LOS PUEDE ENVIAR POR ESTE MEDIO NO TENGO SONIDO , LE IMAGEN SE VE PEFECTAMENTE EL IC DE SONIDO ESTA BUIEN TENGO PROBLEMAS EN LA CONFIGURACION.DESDE YA MUCHAS GRACIAS
